Awesome place to go for an adjustment. He is incredible insightful on what to do to help you. Your only in the office for 5 minutes or so but you come out feeling like your walking on a cloud. Just the best go to on the planet. No electrical shocks, no zero gravity rooms that aren't much more than a recliner, just awesome chiropractic service. Also incredible affordable.

We love Dr. Tripp. My husband and I didn't grow up seeing chiropractors, so we didn't start out convinced that chiropractors can be super helpful. In my adult life, I went to a chiropractor in Orem for several months (somewhat helpful for my problems at the time) and one in Bountiful for several months (not very helpful, at least not for the price, and he was convinced that everyone needed to see the chiropractor once a week for the rest of their life). We became acquainted with Dr. Tripp because my stepson's mom takes him there for his headaches, and it really seems to help. My daughter has headaches too, and so I tried taking her, and again, it helped. So when my neck was feeling stiff and stuck, I tried going for myself, and it helped! Then my husband got a bad kink in his neck, and he saw Dr. Tripp out of desperation as we were leaving town on a long roadtrip---and it helped. A good chiropractor can do a lot more than crack your back. I've seen Dr. Tripp relieve pain in my daughter's tailbone, her feet, my hip, my other stepson's ribs, and even my husband's ankle. He seems to know at a slight touch when something is out of alignment. I'm still surprised by what he can fix. Besides his skill, the other best things about him: (1) He doesn't subscribe to the idea that you have to see a chiropractor all the time to be well. You come in when something is wrong. (2) He doesn't charge a ton! (3) The appointments are quick and easy. No undressing, no having to do heat and massage first, no big check-in process, and especially, no appointment! You can just walk in! 10 minutes and you're done and moving a little easier. I used to think if you're in pain with your posture, you should see your GP if it's bad, or deal with it if it's not. But no, a good chiropractor really can take care of problems quickly, and at much lower cost and trouble. Really grateful we found Dr. Tripp.

Just realized I've never actually reviewed this, ha I've been going here for 3 years, and it's definitely to a point where Dr Tripp knows my bones, and how I generally tend to mess them up. I have been going to the gym steady 3 times a week, and if I ever pull something, he's always able to figure out what I pulled, and he corrects it. It's a clean place, he owns and runs it himself. You can either get a single adjustment, or get a monthly sub, and it's very reasonably priced (he doesn't work with insurance but you don't necessarily need to worry about that since the price is worth it)

I really like the fact that an appointment isn’t necessary. Never had to wait more than 10 min!

Super convenient and easy way to get great chiropractic care! I love the monthly subscription as I can walk in anytime during the week, see the doctor, and go without having to wait or deal with anything else. Plus the price is about half of what it would cost from copays using insurance. (Currently it’s $69.99 for 4 visits a month.) Doctor is great and completely focused on care; he does a great job and helped tremendously. This place can’t be beat! Highly recommend.

Chiropractor gently adjusting woman's neck for pain assessment in clinic

Consultation and Exam

We start with an initial discussion about your medical history, symptoms, and health goals.

This is followed by a comprehensive physical and spinal exam to assess your posture, joint mobility, and nervous system function, to help identify the root cause of your discomfort.

Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic adjustments are a recognized and popular pain relief treatment for many types of lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain.

A chiropractor has numerous treatments, methods, and recommendations, which may include some or all of the following:

Spinal Adjustment: Involves the high-velocity, low-amplitude treatment that is usually performed by a chiropractor using hands to make spinal adjustments.

Spinal mobilization: Is gentler than spinal manipulation but still puts the joints through the full range of motion.

Strengthening and/or stretching exercises: Improve muscle balance, strength, and coordination.

Patient education: Improve posture and motor control, as well as possibly reduce anxiety.

Electrical muscle stimulation: used for individuals who have joint mobility problems, circulation inadequacies, disuse atrophy, and spasticity

Mechanical Traction: Gentle rollers inside of a treatment table that help to relieve pressure and relax muscles used in addition to manual adjusting

Chiropractic works by restoring your body’s inborn ability to be healthy. When under the proper control of your nervous system, all the cells, tissues, and organs of your body are designed to resist disease and ill health. The chiropractic approach to better health is to locate and remove any interference (misaligned vertebrae, aka subluxations) to your nervous system. With improved spinal function, there is improved nervous system function. The goal of the chiropractor is to remove interference that may be impairing normal health through specific chiropractic adjustments, allowing your body to heal itself. A healthy spine and a healthy lifestyle are your keys to optimal health! Balanced Health Chiropractic offers single visit chiropractic adjustments, as well as affordable monthly membership plans for chiropractic visits for you and your family with no long-term commitment

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all patients adjusted the same way?

No. The doctor evaluates each patient’s unique spinal problem and develops an individual course of care. Each chiropractic adjustment builds on the one before. The resulting recommendations are based on years of training and experience. Each patient’s care is uniquely different from every other patient.

How does chiropractic work?

Is chiropractic safe?

Yes. Chiropractic has an excellent safety record. It is the result of a conservative and natural approach to health that avoids invasive procedures or addictive drugs. As proof, one merely has to compare malpractice rates between chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. Chiropractors’ malpractice premiums are a small fraction of those for medical doctors.

Can I adjust myself?

No. Since a chiropractic adjustment is a specific force, applied in a specific direction to a specific joint, it is virtually impossible to adjust oneself safely, correctly and accurately. It is possible to turn or bend or twist in certain ways to create a “popping” sound that sometimes accompanies a chiropractic adjustment. Unfortunately, this type of joint manipulation is usually counterproductive, often making an already unstable spine even more unstable, and can sometimes be dangerous. Adjusting the spine is not for amateurs!

Is chiropractic care safe for all ages?

Yes. Chiropractic care is safe for individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our care is never “one size fits all.” We drastically alter our techniques based on the patient’s age, size, and unique spinal development.

What if I was in a car accident?

Chiropractic care has been shown to speed up recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
